Corporate Acquisitions & Dispositions

• Acquisition and asset management of a 200,000 SF multi-tenant office building for CalOptima (Orange, CA)
• Sale of a 240,000 SF office building for Xcel Energy (Denver, CO), which was excess corporate real estate
• Sale-leaseback of a 178,000 SF office building for Experian, along with conversion to an office condominium project (Schaumburg, IL)

Build-to-Suit – Financial Advisory

• Proposed redevelopment project for the City of San Diego: 600,000 SF administrative office and City Hall complex at the Civic Center
• U.S. headquarters of Aviva (370,000 SF office project in West Des Moines, IA)
• Henkel (Dial Corp. headquarters) – 340,000 SF office / R&D building in Scottsdale, AZ

Development Advisory Services

• Joint venture structuring and related financial advisory services for new development on the U.S. Airways corporate campus (250,000 SF office building in Tempe, AZ)
• Evaluation of redevelopment options for an administrative office and social services campus of The Salvation Army (17 acres in Phoenix, AZ)
